  St.James is a wonderful parish, welcoming to new comers, visitors, families with children, young, old, any one looking for a deeper meaning in their faith, or those just wanting to celebrate Holy Mass at a different parish. (there are four masses celebrated on Sundays) (^v^)
  I came to St.James , new to the area. though I lived closer to other parishes, in St.James I found a home...no matter where you are in your journey, Christ is waiting for St. James. You can go most days to Adoration. the church is always open.
  After mass on Sundays the Social center is open, so you can chit- chat with friends, new and old, while not disturbing the Sanctity of the Sanctuary.
  People come from the surrounding area to celebrate traditional Latin mass (EF) offered by Fr. Erik on Wednesday @ 6pm, on the first true first Sunday of the month...the Schola helps celebrate the EF Mass (Latin) chanting all the ordinaries, (mass parts, responses, etc). every 2 month or so. 8 am
  if you have not been to a EF Mass( Latin) you should, it is beautiful, and DON'T worry if you don't know what to do...they give out Missals with the entire Holy Mass in Latin: one page in Latin and one english on the other..tells you when to stand, when to kneel, when to sit..everything you need to know...or do it like i did ..sit in a row behind people that know what they are doing! hahahaha
  Our Fr.Erik is incredible,reverent, welcoming, compassionate, knowledgeable * he was raised LDS, always happy to answer questions, even tell you a joke if you need a laugh, go visit St James, it is wonderful.

  St James is a beautiful well built Catholic church with a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. It was recently built in 2010 so it's fully featured chapel sounds delightful and it's beautiful. It's worth a visit regardless of religion. All are welcome.

  Wonderful and traditional parish! I lived in the parish several years and I am so happy to be moving closer once again.
