  No compassion! My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. My mother had a life insurance policy with them, that I was paying for. I had a missed payment in Dec 2016 and got a letter the first part of Feb. Telling me her policy had lapsed. They said insufficient funds, don't know how the money has been in the account, but I offered to pay all of it and they denied me. I now don't get any money back, I can't make up the payment, and my mom now has no policy in place to help me with her funeral cost. I'm a disabled vet going to college full time and if my mother died I will probably have to drop out of school to pay for her funeral. I hope the owner of this "Great" western insurance company can sleep good with his millions while people like me grind away and try to do what is right only to be left out in the cold.
